In 1985 Lorencic Bauservice was founded by Mr. Heinz Lorencic in Graz, Austria. The company and its range of products grew rapidly, 6 branches throughout Austria were opened. Since 1996 Lorencic is expanding in Central and Eastern Europe.

In 1999 Mr. Heinz Lorencic retired. Lorencic Bauservice became part of the Schmid Industry Holding, since that Mr. Josef Walzer, PhD is associate and CEO of Lorencic Bauservice.

The expansion was continued successfully. Today the Lorencic group is serving customers in 10 different countries with more than 30 branches and various co-operations.
